Looking for Mature woman to move into spare bedroom. in KURUNJANG, Victoria for sale

I have a room ready to move into for a mature female.
I'm a 22 yearold female who owns this property and am working fulltime and completely independant.
However, the tenants I seem to get are of the same age and are completely unreliabe and using.
If you're interested in this bedroom, it comes with an double bed already, built in waldrobe too.
You MUST have employment, i'm not dealing with people who expect freebies cause centerlink stuffed them around, i'm over that.
I do have a cat and a puppy living in the house, so if you don't like animals this place wouldn't be approiate place for you.
Large open lounge area, large kitchen, easy to maintain household in general. bathroom has a bath, shower, basin and large mirror and toilet is next to it.
House is only 2 years old.
Busstop is only across the road.
Also, you need to be clean. There is a very new working dishwasher that's very easily used. I'm not going to go cleaning after anyone else again as I seem to always be doing.
DRUGS will NOT be tollerated in the household whatsoever.
Along with alcholism.
Price includes, gas, electicity & water along with room is $160 a week.
$320 will be needed on the day you move in as the first fornightly payment
The house is in Arnolds Creek in Melton West 3337.
It's a very quiet area.
