On-site caravan and large annex in KURUNJANG, Victoria for sale
Located at the Goulburn River Tourist Park, Seymour Victoria. This setup is worth at least twice this price. It consists of a 28ft older caravan with a 12ft by 30ft annex, with an additional undercover balcony area and separate bathroom with spa and toilet. The caravan and annex have to be moved from the existing site, however the caravan park owners have another annual site available for it to be moved within the park. It?s an excellent set-up and would suit full time living as a granny flat or young couple. It would take a handy man and a few friends to dismantle and move the set-up to a new location.
